Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to deliver lawn and garden services that exceed expectations. If something isn't right, this policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Service Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
- Where extreme weather prevents us from working safely, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service and an alternative date cannot be arranged, you are entitled to a full refund.
- For prepaid maintenance plans, unused visits can be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any discounts applied for upfront payment.
- Service dissatisfaction will be handled with a rectification visit before a refund is considered.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or discuss an issue with a completed service, please contact us within seven days of your appointment. Provide your booking details, the service date, and a brief explanation so we can respond promptly.
4. Deposits & Special Projects
- Large landscaping projects may require a deposit to secure materials and labour.
- Cancelled projects after materials have been ordered may forfeit part or all of the deposit to cover incurred costs.
- We will always provide an itemised summary of any deductions.
